Jesus says, “I'm the door to God’s sheepfold. You’ll never get in but by Me. I not only lead you out of danger, but I’m the door through which you enter into God’s presence.” Remember what Jesus said in John 10:9: If anyone enters by Me he will be saved. To be saved means to be safely and securely kept in God’s presence forever. There is warmth there, peace there, love there, security there. What a promise! That is what we remember and celebrate in the Lord’s Supper.
